Practical Tools and Guides for Navigating Chronic Illness

Hello, I’m Chris!

I’m 39 and I live with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, ME/CFS, MCAS, POTS and neurodivergence.

For most of my life I was trying to figure out what was wrong with me and why I couldn’t function properly, while being invalidated by doctors and everyone around me.

I know what it feels like not to be heard or understood. It took more than three decades for me to get proper diagnoses. I saw more than 150 doctors, and many of them caused me harm.

Along the way, I discovered how to prepare for appointments, communicate clearly with clinicians, and persist despite overwhelming challenges.

Drawing from years of one-on-one coaching with people facing chronic illnesses, I realised I could reach more people by creating downloadable guides, templates and tools that capture the strategies I’ve seen work repeatedly.

My goal is to empower you with the resources I wish I’d had, practical, evidence-aware, and designed to give you clarity and confidence in a challenging environment. Whether you need help preparing for a doctor’s visit, weighing up the risks of a new treatment or simply want resources from someone who understands, my guides can help.
